Grizzly Land Services is currently seeking experienced Oklahoma HBP Title Landmen for various title projects throughout Oklahoma.
This independent contractor role will be fully remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Title Research to Establish Property Ownership
- Prepare Runsheets for Title Opinions
- Complete Mineral & Leasehold Ownership Reports
- Daily Progress Reporting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oklahoma HBP Title
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
- Knowledge of BLM/BIA lease files
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to Travel to County Courthouses
- Must be current AAPL Member in Good Standing
- Must be Independent Contractor
